How Does MediFusion Work?

Begin Consultation
- A clinician travels to the patient with a suite of diagnostic tools.
- Doctor & clinician Log Into MediFusion.
- The remote Doctor views the clinician & patient and vice versa.
Diagnostic Tests
- The clinician performs diagnostic tests that the remote Doctor sees live.
- The remote Doctor can request specific tests or re-testing based on results.
- Testing currently includes:
- Temperature & Pulse Rate.
- SpO2 & Respiratory Rate.
- Blood Pressure & Glucose Levels.
Other Testing
- The clinician utilises cameras and other devices for the following:

How Does MediFusion Work?
- Home Care
Home Care Delivery
Our platform allows home care to be delivered by either a clinician visiting a patient, or for the patient to complete their own vitals testing and upload them to the hospital or medical provider automatically with our easy to use platform and tools.
- The hospital or medical provider can view the status of all home care patients through our dashboard.
- Utilising a “traffic light” system patients with vital signs outside of normal ranges can be easily identified.
- The platform currently records the following vitals:
- Temperature
- Pulse Rate.
- SpO2
- Respiratory Rate.
- Blood Pressure
- Glucose Levels.
- Selecting a patient from the dashboard allows you to:
- View the recorded results from each day.
- View analytics associated with the results.
- View and add notes.
